See, In today’s time believing in food items is next to impossible because we don’t know what we are getting actually?… I know there are some organizations are their like FSSAI that checks food quality and then only the company can deliver the item in the market but If I tell you to give me 3 items’ name it is very harmful and still easily available.

Peanut butter also comes in the same food category where frauds are increasing every day some people add very bad oil to peanuts to increase peanut butter “quantity”. Some people on the name of peanut butter, Just add butter into it which is the main reason for heart attacks and food security companies also can’t do so much in this because there is no such rule that you can’t that much of butter in a particular food.
